Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment. You will receive your choice of a refund or exchange, less $5.00 for personalized products made according to your instructions and a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned merchandise. Please note shipping charges are non refundable.
If possible, items should be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the original packing list.
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail on the way back to us.
For damaged shipments we offer these options:
1. A replacement of the merchandise, with shipping free of charge.
2. Full refund upon receipt of returned merchandise.
