At Bearly Friends we want you to feel comfortable placing an order with us. To that end, we will provide you with all of the information you need before you place your order. This includes shipping options, methods, and costs; itemized cost per product and order subtotal; insurance and handling charges; sales taxes; and the total amount of the order.

Once your order has been placed, Bearly Friends will not charge you until the order has been completely fulfilled, via shipment from our warehouse. If for any reason the product you have ordered was listed on the Bearly Friends site as "In stock and ready to ship" and is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible via phone or e-mail. You will have the option to wait until the product is in stock, receive a substitute product that is functionally equivalent, or cancel your order. If you order a product that is listed on the Bearly Friends site as "Contact us for delivery date" we will send you a postcard if your order is not shipped within 14 days. Once you receive this postcard, you have the options above available to you.

Bearly Friends is a distributor of major national and international brands of products. The manufacturer's warranty, if available, applies to the products we sell. Bearly Friends does not provide any additional warranties.

Bearly Friends provides many convenient options for payment.

Customers can pay by credit card online using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. We accept web, phone, fax and mail orders.

Check or money order are available for mail orders only; cash on delivery for web, mail or fax orders; or on account (due 30 days from invoice date). Detailed instructions for each payment method are located within the Bearly Friends shopping cart system.

Bearly Friends uses Secure Sockets Layer technology to ensure security. See the section above on security for further information.

Bearly Friends stores only your billing and shipping contact information on our web servers. This measure provides you with further security.

Bearly Friends does store credit card information for customers who order on account. This credit card information is stored in a database apart from the web site server and is accessible only to authorized Bearly Friends employees.

Bearly Friends complies with all federal, state, and local sales tax laws. Customers are responsible to pay for sales tax, where applicable.

Bearly Friends offers shipping to all 50 states of the United States of America and any foreign country delivered to by Federal Express. Shipping charges are applied per package, not per item.

Bearly Friends charges a standard shipping charge for each package shipped, not each item. Ground Delivery is standard and provided for the standard shipping charge. Federal Express or UPS Overnight delivery is available for an additional fee. For orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, an additional charge is added. Federal Express Overnight delivery for international orders is billed to the customer at actual Federal Express cost. Customs and import costs for foreign orders are billed to the customer at actual cost.

Items are generally shipped as available; however, if more than one shipment is made to the same recipient on the same order, the customer will be charged for shipping only once. Customers have the option to ship orders in partial groups as available or as a complete group when all products are available.

Approximately 99% of orders received on the Bearly Friends site are shipped within four days of the day they are received. While Bearly Friends cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped within four days of the day it is received, you can check on the status of your order at any time by contacting us or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-800-BEAR (2327), excluding some holidays.

While Bearly Friends strives to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order, occasionally there are errors that need to be corrected. Bearly Friends will accept returns according to our Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with the product that you ordered, call, email, or fax our Customer Service Department and you will be issued a Return Authorization number (RA).

If the return is within 30 days of when we shipped it to you, you will receive your choice of a full refund, credit or exchange, less any amount for personalized products made according to your instructions. Your full refund or credit will be issued after we receive the returned merchandise.

If the return exceeds 30 days after your order was shipped, we will strive to correct any issues and leave you satisfied with your order!

If possible, items should be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the original packing list.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail on the way back to us.

After 30 days we offer at least the following options:

Store credit upon receipt of returned merchandise and a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Exchange of merchandise for other products, plus handling and insurance charge.

For damaged shipments we offer these options:

An exchange replacement of the merchandise, with shipping free of charge, or;
Full refund or credit upon receipt of returned merchandise.

If you place an order with your credit card, we gather contact and address information, credit card type, number and expiration date, and e-mail address.

Customers can cancel or modify unshipped orders at any time by contacting Customer Service. Once personalized, an order cannot be completely cancelled, but it can be modified; If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days for a refund as explained above.
